User modules
In order to get a good picture of how Si-Planner is built, it is best to explain the 12 user modules or building blocks the system is built on. This makes it clear how the software controls and manages the various disciplines within the service organization:
In this tour we take you through these modules with an explanation of their basic functions, specific characteristics and the integration with the other modules. In addition, you can find a number of screenshots at the bottom of each page to get an idea of what it looks like in practice. If you have any questions about 1 or even more modules, please contact us. Use the button below or go through the menu to the Contact page where you can fill in a short form.

Si-Planner user modules are devided into 3 main sections:
- Configuration
- Operations
- Reporting
Configuration modules | 01- 04
Here we set up the basic elements, we can manage users, contracts and material. Changes to part numbers, changes contracts, replaces or adds to a customer/asset. We set up entire service templates to create standard service visits that can seamlessly produce inventory issues for JDE or SAP. Copy and paste into the ERP grid and the order is on the project. A proper setup in this part saves an incredible amount of work in the execution part where of course you also retain the option to manually add or remove things. |
Operations modules | Overlaying
The overlaying Gate-Keeping functionality ensures that the different sections within the organization such as planning, supportdesk and finance that send the invoices are synchronized. Within the planning package there are several checks that go through various phases before they are "Ready for invoicing":
Operations modules | 05 - 08
The daily used operationally related modules where planning of service visits, calculations, job sheets and invoicing takes place. With the service history, documents on your own local network via URLs and unresolved item management modules at hand, you immediately have all important information within reach of a simple click. This applies to the people in the office like planners, but also in the field for the technicians. All parts, checks, measurements are added to the job sheets via the templates and return parts and direct invoicing are under continuous control within the "Gate-keeping" system, of which we will explain more of in the related module. |
Reporting modules | 09 - 12
After configuration and operations, it's time to explain the analysis and reporting modules. These modules create a closed loop on which the system checks itself for accuracy and completeness and discovers where improvements can be made in the efficiency of your service organization. Various KPI (key Performance Indicator) reports are available but there is a section where someone with SQL knowledge can easily define and run new KPIs at fixed times. There is a choice of various service parameters such as region, technician, location to filter the data for reporting. Safety is also included here, since most service organizations fall under HSE standards. This section holds a module to manage your own toolboxes and incident reports as well as root-cause analyzes are included. |

Administrator modules
Administration:
In addition, Si-Planner also has 8 administrator modules that are used for the setup and initial filling of the various tables in the database. These will be used at the start of using the application and maybe a few times later when there are organizational changes. Another example is when you switch to another ERP package where some adjustments at that level may be needed. |
