Soft Integrations: Soft-Integrations developed called Si-Planner©. (which stands for Soft Integration Planner) It falls under the category of software types listed below. SAAS (Software As A Service) CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software) Our background: Due to an intense need for software that offers everything a service department needs to be able to manage it properly and the fact that such software simply did not exist around 2005, the founder and owner decided to develop it himself. The knowledge to know exactly where and how that need could be met by the software came from the enormous experience built up through decades of working in just about every possible function within a service department, including managing it. What started as a simple intuitive resource planning application has grown over the years of development and continuous improvement into the most complete and easy to implement software application for your service organization. This applies to both large organizations with hundreds of people spread over regions in the cloud, but also to a small local businesses with a dozen technicians. Our goal: Our goal is to create the most efficient and intuitive service planning and management software available. To further develop these every day together with customers and to have all parts of the package fully integrated into and with each other as if it were one application. (hence the choice for the name Soft Integrations) It is also a goal to make the software robust and independent, but at the same time allow easy communication with external applications such as ERP systems like JD Edwards, SAP or Exact, for example, and to be able to exchange data with them. Everything build on the philosophy that service revolves around customers and that for satisfied customers you should have and keep full control over your service organization. Of course with all the options to give your service team secure mobile access to the data and to use it as efficiently as possible. What exactly is it we do: We use our many years of experience from working in service organisations and turn that into a ready to use software management system that will support and guide your service organization in every single section. The Si-Planner service management software is build around these principles to be able to cover any service related companies requirements. By constantly communicating with our end users and service customers we are always aware of the fast changing demands a modern service organization has to live up to. The speed in which information is gathered, analyzed and processed on which a customer expects you to instantly anticipate is incomparable with just 5 years ago. Total mobile and online solutions and the time it takes from the customer giving you a call to the moment we send them the invoice is the reference on which service is judged. On top we have to secure the customers data so we have a lot of demands on our IT infra structure and defense system. With the Si-Planner software we offer you a platform that will make sure all of the mentioned pillars are secured and you service department can grow with the increasingly changing circumstances. Part of that is the fast and flexible way we can add functionality to our software in case there is a bespoke area coming with your business that is required and not yet available. Everything is up for debate to further improve and enhance the product together with our customers and make it the most complete system to manage and control your service department in all its facets. How do we approche things: Soft-Integrations has designed ready to go SCDB (standaard Company Database) templates which enables you to have the basis of the company in an instance. From that moment on its a matter of filling the database with users (including the level of access, member of user group for each user) and customer information. Finally just add some company specific information like ERP configuration data to complete the first setup and you're ready to go. Example: You are a security company so choose the Security template and after installing the security SCDB template most things related for a typical security company are instantly available. After inserting the staff and customer data you are able to plan staff to visit customers with standard visit codes, priorities, planning types etc. After the template installing phase you can add company specific visit codes like "Walk a round on the helicopter landing platform". Not particularly a standard thing but its easy to add and the next time you plan a security guard to this location he can be send to do this as a job. It will automatically be added to all the other areas like unit and staff history etc, etc. By using our Soft-Integrations SCDB templates setting up a working service planning and management system is easy. Just deliver the staff, customer and part data to Soft-integrations by MS Excel sheets or MS Access or even in text files with delimiters and we will import this data into the Si-Planner for you to get you started.
